Step 2 - Now make a List of roughly 13-14 good players on rough paper. This players are good match winners and can perform in any match.

Step 3 - Wait till last Hour and make sure these players are going to play that match. Or make any necessary edit. Use or Daily Prediction Feature for help.

Step 4 - Share these Players with everyone on group and tell them to make 4 teams with these 13-14 players only.

Step 5 - At the end You all will have 12 teams with almost same players. Just 1-2 differnet player in every team.

Step 6 - Now for 1st team Make 1st Player Captain and 2nd Player Vice Captain. 
For Second Team make 2nd Player Captain and 3rd player Vice Captain.
